  • 5 oz salmon fillet
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • 4 stalks asparagus
  • 1/3rd cup frozen green beans
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • White wine
  • Ziploc Steamer Bag


  1. Season salmon and veggie with pepper, salt and juice from 1 lemon
  2. Put all ingredients in steamer bag
  3. Add just a splash of white wine
  4. Seal the bag completely
  5. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until salmon is done **cooking times may vary depending on microwave used. Let sit for 2 minutes. Use oven mitts to carefully remove from microwave. Drain the liquid from the bag. Remove contents and arrange on plate
