Pineapple Protein Cooler

This recipe is the perfect way to get some protein and sweetness in your nutrition regimen this summer!

Ingredients:

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
½ cup of fresh pineapple
1 cup cold water
Big handful of ice

Blend all the ingredients together!  If you’re looking for a Colada-like twist, sprinkle the top with unsweetened coconut flakes, or add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk before blending.

Stick an umbrella in, sip, and enjoy!
