Mind Full or Mindful

“Mindfulness” has become a buzz word these last few years. Lots of people talking about “being present” and “living in the now”…

But how are you truly practicing these concepts?

Are you able to clear your mind and fully be present in your day to day life?

We are a sleep deprived, insomniac, grinding, hustling society who has been taught that to slow down is a negative. Well, I believe we’ve got it wrong.

You have to slow down… in order to speed up.

Create some space in your life for quiet, calm, and just focus on breathing. Why do I say to focus on your breathing?

Because the mind wants something to do… Always.

So, if you give it a task… like focusing on your breath, then you can empty it of everything else.

And truly be present.
