  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1 Cup Frozen Spinach
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Ounce Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Scoops Lean Vanilla Protein
