Cranberry Cleanser

Cranberries are a superfood associated with many of our holidays. Because it’s high in Fiber, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E, we should be incorporating them into our diet throughout the year! Here’s a great smoothie recipe to help you do just that!


  • 2 cups fresh kale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 2 bananas


  1. Blend kale and water until smooth.
  2. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
 *Note – Use frozen cranberries to make the smoothie cold or add a few ice cubes to the mix.
