1/2 cup 2% Milk (Almond Milk for substitute)

2 Scoops Cookies & Cream Protein

1 Ripe Banana

1 Sm. Container Banana Greek Yogurt

1 Cup Spring Mix/Spinach

1/3 Cup Dry Oats (Quick/Regular)

3-4 Ice cubes

Simply blend it all together and enjoy!
